Convert a colour
Convert a colour between hex, RGB and HSL, and give its relative luminance and whether black or white text reads better on it. Accepts #rgb, #rrggbb, rgb(r,g,b) and hsl(h,s%,l%). Use for theming and design checks.
Inputs
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
color (required) | string | The colour |
Request
Over HTTP, with a card key from /credits:
curl -H "Authorization: Bearer adt_…" "https://agent-data-tools.revmesh2074.workers.dev/color?color=%230f6cbd"
Or one of your 25 free calls, no key:
curl "https://agent-data-tools.revmesh2074.workers.dev/color?color=%230f6cbd&trial=1"
Without a key, the same URL answers 402 Payment Required with x402 and MPP terms, so an agent with a wallet pays per call in USDC (Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Monad, World Chain or Tempo) and retries.
Example result
{
"hex": "#0f6cbd",
"rgb": "rgb(15, 108, 189)",
"hsl": "hsl(208, 85%, 40%)",
"luminance": 0.141,
"bestTextColor": "#ffffff"
}
