Pretty-print JSON
Format JSON with indentation (2 or 4 spaces, or tabs) and optionally sorted keys. Returns the formatted text. Use to make machine JSON readable or to normalise it for diffs.
Inputs
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
text (required) | string | The JSON text |
indent | string | 2 (default), 4 or tab |
sortKeys | string | true to sort object keys |
Request
Over HTTP, with a card key from /credits:
curl -H "Authorization: Bearer adt_…" "https://agent-data-tools.revmesh2074.workers.dev/json/format?text=%7B%22b%22%3A2%2C%22a%22%3A1%7D"
Or one of your 25 free calls, no key:
curl "https://agent-data-tools.revmesh2074.workers.dev/json/format?text=%7B%22b%22%3A2%2C%22a%22%3A1%7D&trial=1"
Without a key, the same URL answers 402 Payment Required with x402 and MPP terms, so an agent with a wallet pays per call in USDC (Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Monad, World Chain or Tempo) and retries.
Example result
{
"formatted": "{\n \"a\": 1,\n \"b\": 2\n}"
}
