Base gas price history

$0.01 per call · failed calls are never charged · no account or API key needed

Gas price history on Base (eth_feeHistory): base fee in gwei for each of the last N blocks (5-100, default 20), how full each block was, and the 10th, 50th and 90th percentile priority fees, with the low, average and high base fee over the window. Use to judge whether fees are rising, pick a priority fee or time a transaction; for the current price alone use base_gas.

Request

Over HTTP, with a card key from /credits:

curl -H "Authorization: Bearer adt_…" "https://agent-data-tools.revmesh2074.workers.dev/base/gas-history?blocks=20"

Or one of your 25 free calls, no key:

curl "https://agent-data-tools.revmesh2074.workers.dev/base/gas-history?blocks=20&trial=1"

Without a key, the same URL answers 402 Payment Required with x402 and MPP terms, so an agent with a wallet pays per call in USDC (Base, Polygon, Arbitrum or Solana over x402; Base or Tempo over MPP) and retries.
